Outdoor activities.

The sunshine makes outdoor activities in Central Florida a natural. Local governments have committed resources to creating some of the best bicycling trails in the state. Three large lake systems are home to water skiing, boating, parasailing, and more. Area ocean beaches such as Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach are less than an hour away from almost anywhere in the metropolitan area. Several municipal golf courses complement private clubs and courses including the world-famous home of Arnold Palmer, Bay Hill.

Theme Parks and Attractions.

Almost everyone knows that Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World are within minutes of Orlando, but most locals know the area has much more to offer. From Kennedy Space Center where the space shuttle and rockets are launched to the Holy Land Experience. There is something for everyone in Orlando.
